The origin of Wappner Funeral Directors began back in 1872, when Peter J. Faust and Philip Wappner, Sr. formed a partnership in the "Furniture and Undertaking" business located in the Hartman Building. In the early days the main stay of the business was the manufacturing of fine furniture. Our dedication to the community is reflected daily through our contributions and service to business, civic and church activities. We believe that the most valuable thing we own is our reputation.
Our fair prices represent the greatest value. Our staff is kind, considerate and knowledgeable. Our facilities are modern and immaculate. If you are not satisfied with any of our services or facilities, we will reduce or eliminate that charge.
