My deepest sympathy goes out to your entire family. What a huge loss. I am deeply saddened. Having known Casey for about 10 years, I knew him as a sincere man with a quick wit and huge heart. He will be greatly missed by many.
MICK DALY left a message on June 15, 2019:
Casey was a great man who was loved, and respected by his extended family in Spokane! He only made 2 trips out West to Spokane but quickly managed to forge many friends who loved, and cherished him. He had a great sense of humor, and a warm way about him that made you feel at ease right away. You could tell how much he cared about others and his family with your first interaction. When we first met he we were introducing the 3 Grandmas to each other at his sons wedding rehearsal and he immediately coined them the 3 J's since all of their first names started with J. He had a quick wit and a great sense of humor for sure. I also will never forget how he beamed with pride when I told him how much we loved and respected his son, (our new son-in law Terren)! If the measure of a man is in the kids that he helped raise Casey was easily the best I have ever known! Special condolences go out to Casey's awesome offspring Terren, Kelly, Samantha, Lucas and Erica. You all put off a special shine, like lighthouses! Hold your Dad's memory close and make sure that you pass his stories, and memories down to his Grandkids. We miss you Casey and wish more than anything that you could have gotten more time on this earth! RIP my Ohio friend! Hope to see you on the other side! Mick and Jennifer Daly

To the entire family: It was a shock to learn of Casey's passing. As next-door neighbors back in the 1960s, we enjoyed many summer afternoons together (sports, etc.) Then Shiloh Grange activities, 4-H, and Crestview H.S. events followed. More recently, we sat through Shiloh & Plymouth area church services with you and various family members. You will be missed, good friend.

Casey and I used to take turns driving when we worked at Bosch in Ashland. He was easy to talk with and enjoyed hunting as I do. Several times through the years he gave me permission to hunt his land. I will surely miss him! I pray comfort for the family during this great time of sorrow.
