Twice a year, Eva would make me a batch of pickled beets and eggs, one for Easter and another for my birthday in November.

Sending our condolences to the Hazlet family. I knew Eva when I worked with her at the Mansfield General Hospital (now) Ohio Health. She was always a very happy and lovely lady. Enjoyed the times I was around her. May God Bless you (the family) with peace, comfort and love...with HIS arms around y'all. Knowing she loved Jesus and is now walking the streets of Gold blesses my heart....along with the sadness of her loss. Our love and prayers, Peggy and Paul Ludwig

Eva's smile, caring and compassion were a blessing to all who came in contact with her. She was never too busy to talk and ask after others. She was an earthbound angel who has earned her wings many times over. Even on the occasions when her heart was broken with the loss of loved ones she reached out to touch people with her kindness, promising thoughts and prayers for the well being of others. While working at Mansfield General Hospital I often spent breaks with her chatting. She could brighten the darkest moments and would always encourage others in their time of need. After talking with her one felt infused with hope and knew she truly cared. She was a beacon of light. The beauty of her precious soul shined. May God bless the broken hearts of her family and may she live in the house of the Lord forever. Godspeed Eva, you were the epitome of a Christian woman.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.
