C. Anne Vail Bartholomew, 67, of Mansfield, Ohio passed away on Monday, January 11, 2021 at OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital. She was born in Mansfield on April 28, 1953 to the late Frank Atwell and Hattie (Baker) Daugherty.

Anne had a love for her family, especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed spending time with them, and leaves behind many cherished memories. In her spare time, Anne loved doing crafts, sewing, knitting, crocheting and painting. She also loved to reupholster furniture. Anne was a member of Lincoln Heights Baptist Church.

Anne is survived by her husband, John Bartholomew, whom she married July 26, 2018; daughter, Amanda (James) Nicholson; son, Jason (Brandy) Vail; grandchildren, Braden, Tresten and Shelden Vail, Connor, Landon and Dillon Nicholson; siblings, F. Douglas (Linda) Atwell, John (Donna) Atwell Sr., Betty Dolan, V. Deloris Heston, F. Janette (Jeff) Prosser-Baker and Daniel (Pam) Atwell; nieces and nephews, Angie, Sam, Mike, Phil, Tim, Jennifer, Leah, David, Rachelle, Tommy, Jeff, Roberta, Gilbert, Kris, Tiffany, Tony and Stephanie; and many great-nieces and nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.

The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 p.m. on Friday, January 15, 2021 at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 98 South Diamond Street, Mansfield. Memorial contributions may be made to Lincoln Heights Baptist Church.
